Address underlying causes, check implementation and monitor for retaliation.
Protecting people who speak up
We prohibit retaliation for good-faith reports, consultations or cooperation with investigations. Identities and report details are shared only as necessary for handling the matter. Anyone with a conflict of interest must withdraw from the investigation or decision. Our process does not restrict access to advice, reporting or remedies through the relevant authorities.

What if the officer or CEO is involved?
Matters involving the ESG officer may be sent to the alternative CEO contact. If the CEO is involved or independent handling is needed, you may seek advice, report the matter or pursue remedies through external experts or the relevant authorities.
