Planning a thermal-management evaluation
Describe the component, substrate, geometry, heat source, operating conditions and coating area. Agree on the reference specimen, measurement locations and evaluation criteria before the trial.

- Available application and curing equipment
- Operating environment and required quality checks
- Sample quantity, target schedule and evaluation criteria
Product data and limitations
Request the current technical and safety data for the proposed formulation. Film thickness, curing conditions and applicable substrates must be confirmed for the specific product and process. Any temperature or energy-saving claim needs the relevant test conditions and evidence.
